So that anyone can pick up where I left off! Unfortunately I didn’t see the writing on the wall until I was laid off this week

Our business relationship is on a two week cycle that ends and begins every pay day.
That’s what a job is.
Don’t worry, we got IT to scan the drive and recover everything. Thanks again for the documents you created. We will call you if needed and we hope you won’t mind helping us when needed (since you have signed and agreed to this).
Hah! Hah! About that; it was deleted before I left my laptop and not sorry about not emailing it to you. Do you know who had the passwords for our programs and links? That’s okay because I do. I am laughing on the inside because my podcast manager doesn’t know anything about what we do, and I suppose it will take years for them to catch up if they can get him off of his phone long enough to actually do something.
Good work. Please do make yourself available for phone calls if we have any questions. Thanks in advance for your help.
Play video games talking noise to seventh graders thru my VR googles. And toke every half hour. And rub one out every fifteen minutes. And cry every ten minutes. And check layoff.com every five minutes.

What would you say you do here?
Just like the TSS logistics person we used to have. He/she would just chat all day long, and then send hundred emails copying 50 people on emails with caps stating ALERTS or what Outstanding job she has done while the job got accomplished by regional or 3rd party logistics.
Flood alerts only sound was missing

No ones position is “safe.” I don’t understand why people think they are.
If you are asked to document everything you do... that means that there is poor communication between you and your manager. In turn, if your manager does not know what you do or the value you bring then it’s a recipe for disaster since when it’s time to justify your position and they have a blank stare in their face... well, you know the result.
So your documation of past 60 days of work was blank?
Sounds like y’all are swinging together.
Halliburton & rest of these mo–ns will lead you to believe anything remember its about Shareholder Equity, Stock Price & Dividends & your the Monkey that will make certain they get there by swinging that Iron & Hammer. :-))
I was let go, almost 3 weeks ago. I was led to believe , that my position was safe, just as long as the location was open and operating. It’s still operating, but without me of course. It’s their loss, and my next employer will gain a good employee. Good luck to you, things will get better.
