Honest professionals with no political backing inside the organization must jump the ship. You are the one targeted by mafia management. Don't think these are professionals. The company surviving in spare parts business and most of the businesses say 80% coming from local business partners ( LBP surviving on Commissions ) 70 % from spare parts. CEO is trying to hang on with Trump to get a new position after Trump's election he is gone !!!!

I realized in January that Integrity was not valued so I told them that I was no longer interested in working for them. The powers that be decided they did not need to replace my position so now the organization I was leading is under the thumb of manufacturing.
