Layoffs and pay cuts happened end of last so I bet Todd and his crew are saddling up for a sh–ty few quarters. Couldn't happen to a better guy and group of senior management. So sorry for those who lost their jobs because these clowns continued to mismanage the business and leave id–ts in charge now the workers have to suffer.

At one time Lennox was a decent place to work, but as the years have passed, that is no longer the case. You have a bunch of Mid to upper level clowns that attempt to run the Company. You have married VP’s sleeping around with Directors, and an HR team that does nothing but turn their heads. What a freaking joke of a Company!
Get rid of the H1B influence now before it is too late. They have faked creds and certs and are only there because they are CHEAPER on the front end. Work product is fat, buggy and requires HOURS of more expensive work-over to fix. Pay trained people to get it right the first time.
The funny thing is that I've found a super simple way to help save Lennox money. I've brought it up with two levels of management above me. I even calculated it and showed projections of how we are losing money because of a single mishap, and how a simple adjustment can fix the issue. This single issue would save enough money to ensure at least several more people could have kept their job. I mean, we are losing a lot of money in this area for no reason whatsoever. But, several years later, and we still continue to let this single thing slide. Our management from the top-down needs to be re-examined. This issue isn't making anyone more wealthy, it's essentially the company throwing money into a shredder. A simple fix, nobody listened, and now people don't have jobs anymore...
As is usually the case, the seeds of this tragic downfall were sprinkled from the pockets of the emperor's new clothes. The incestuous horde of his inner-circle is composed of executives too weak, stupid, or well incented to let him know of his folly. The Three Pillars of the empire have crumbled: Integrity - The art of creative math and the ability to "spin" a story to a revolving door of Finance and Accounting professional who never get a chance to know what is true and what is not; Respect - The respect of executive leaders for their own power over their employees, as nearly every VP is engaging in relations with their underlings (Typically when both parties are married) and those who aren't able to coerce an employee into the sack, just s-xually harass their ways through the day to satisfy their urges until the 4:45 bell rings and they can drive their pretty little cars to the wrong side of town to burn some of those executive perks on a pleasurable passenger; Excellence - A once proud product and company that has been nickel and dimed to something less than mediocrity by the strategic initiatives of the Sourcing team, led by a former cult leader (O. McKean) that knows nothing of manufacturing, Lennox, or anything aside from employing the dark arts of a charlatan across a ounce proud organization.
