Hi Mr. Goei, I tried looking for your personal email or a physical address to where I could send my concerns, however to no avail. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to have worked for your company. There has been so many changes that I have seen while working here since 1998, this being the worst one for the customers and employees. You and your business partners I know blame the layoffs due to the Covid-19 crisis but the remaining employees and the ones you have fired know that is not the case and the company has been tanked since long before. This was just a way for you all to profit from this epidemic, which is really disgusting and sad. I really hope that for the small remaining employees you all have a heart or some kind of remorse and take care of them, and also for the few customers the company has. This company use to be a really good working environment with great knowledgeable employees that knew how to take care of the customers. You have resourced most of the jobs out for less pay to other countries. USA is where you all should have kept these jobs. This company does have great products that is great for customers but you all have broke the company really bad and I believe it is beyond repairable unless everyone was hired back. All the way from every market having its own managers with supervisors and employees instead of having contractors. Haveing the ROC, their own local call center, and own dispatchers is what would help this company out. This statement that is on your website is false advertisement and a disgrace (At Altice USA, the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and communities is always our priority. With our telecommunications services and news media organizations deemed as essential during this crisis, we take seriously our obligation to provide these services and keep customers connected.) I have read and spoken to other major cable companies and they are doing their best with their employees and customers. All this being said I really hope things change for the few employees the company has left. You keep bragging on how well the company is doing with numbers every time you give updates on the company, well it should be no problem on hiring everyone back and plus more employees. Hope you have been reading every comment posted on here Dexter. You and your partners have broken many families. Perhaps it is time to reach the media and organize a body of individuals including all whose positions have been terminated and inform the public of all the dealings within that lead all the way up to the foreign ownership that is benefiting from our federal aid to continue business although it is still terminating employees and yet pocketing the money.

He was bad news from day one. All his media attention, curated by PR people, was focused on his personal wealth beginning with his buying a Hampton’s home, followed by the purchase of 2 townhouses in the village and then a 31 million dollar home in Greenwich; all the while the business he was responsible for managing was hemorrhaging money. Pathetic poser who commanded zero respect from anyone who worked with him. The kind of guy that gives capitalism a bad name. Fleeing back to Europe with his tail between his legs.
DEXTER GOEI SHOULD BE FIRED! Our cable box sucks so badly that we get no extended services like DVR, apps like Amazon, etc, even though we pay for them!! But why should Dex care? As long as that douchebag makes his $$, all is good, right? Son of a bi--h should GO TO HE-L!

He doesn’t care. Why bother with the idea of contacting him? Dex is a corporate executive / former banker executive who just thinks about how to increase the owners overall profit. In return he will be awarded with a compensation package in the millions. It is not his job to worry about the employees and family livelihood.
When everyone finally realize this then you will think about the alternative, to find work elsewhere.
This is a lesson learned. There is no loyalty with a European company. Get what you can get and move on.
