My wife has worked for Unilever for over 20 years and now there sending her job to India so she will be out of work the bosses sitting nicely with there large pay said they wouldn’t move ahead with the redundancies while the covid virus was on but they lied and there still going ahead. interviewing there is no chance of getting a new job this year the way things are going. Our redundancies were also carried out in the middle of the pandemic. What's disappoint is what they say externally on the press is very different from how they actually treat their own people. So much for sustainability, purpose and all that stuff. It's all about respecting profits over people nowadays.
