Agree 100%.... per Diems, field bonus's, living allowances, etc.... all that should be thrown out. Negotiate a salary or hourly rate and then that's what you get. Enough of the entitlements.

Well when you have 5 supervisors to a shift.... maybe it is time for some cuts.
