I know a lot of people are looking for a job right now and Tractor Supply is hiring, but trust me, you don't want to work here. There is zero job security because the management is all over the place. The district manager will hire a GM, let him bring his own people in, then turn around and put the old GM in his spot a few months down the line - no other reason than he wanted to come back. You can guess what happens to people who were recruited and gave up their jobs to move to Tractor Supply. And this is not a one store issue, I have heard that incompetent management is business as usual at this place. Mistakes are made on daily bases, and it's never the management who gets blamed, of course, even if it's their mistake.
