I know we like to get negative here, but kudos to AK for increasing the sales bonus pool and giving people who don't hit their targeted incentives a boost in pay. For example, if you hit 80% of your TI, you'll be made whole to 100%. Or if 60% of TI, I believe you get like 80%. Hopefully this means the sales teams are held at least through our quota plan of June 30. Good luck all on getting through.

Google, Salesforce, and others are just paying their reps as if they were closing deals. This is garbage and they'll likely fire everyone who doesn't make the 60% TI cut.
I believe the tell is “ Payable by those still employed in September.”. If I were playing poker it’s a pretty big tell
This is a de facto downward adjustment of our quotas.
Sorry but sales teams who don’t hit targets shouldn’t be rewarded. They should adjust targets to be more reasonable given the world situation. This feels a bit like cooking the books and does not help the IBM situation.
Is this really only payable to those still employed by September??
If so; should we presume the postponed layoff notification is end of May, with 3 months as an employee - meaning out the door on 8/31?
