Powell CEO Brett Cope is obsessed with bringing the company private again. Everything he does is based upon metrix that determines how it can be done in a way that won't drive off the big investors all at once. He and Tom Powell are taking advantage of the pandemic to accomplish this. It is a shame that this will hurt the stockholders that have worked there for so long with most having retired with large stock options.
