The account base of this company has gone down and down as well as the number of high tech employees. All that is left at this company now is old technology with people with old technology knowledge to support it.

Poor and dishonest leadership is one of the main problems.
They do not care about employees or clients.
It takes money investment to modernize. The SS&C company just wants to pull money out not invest and modernize. They just want to pull money out and lay us off in the process. No future here.
You said that right. Very old outdated systems. Looks like being healthcare technology they would be forced to modernize to support the few remaining clients.
