Thread regarding Hy-Vee layoffs

Are there any others in this boat?

I was offered cobra insurance after my demotion. Long story short there have been issues filing my paperwork. Every person kept pointing the finger at everyone else. To correct it, I was forced to sign away my cobra insurance. There are still paperwork issues. Because of this mess, I am also losing my new insurance because I can’t prove I need government assistance at an affordable rate. In a couple of days I will have no insurance. Is anyone else having problems after their demotions or layoffs?

I recommend asking an attorney for help, they may help for free considering how Hy-Vee caused this and the Covid 19 situation.
You should also be filing for unemployment due to the reduction in wage.
Hy-Vee is nothing that they say they are, certainly not family oriented nor employee owned.
