Steve Chazen is running the company by remote control (puppet strings?) so there would be nothing gained by replacing the CEO at this time, except additional drama for the financial press. The guy has a very successful record and is trusted by most. So hope should not be abandoned, until 2022 anyway.
The same message as always, just a bunch of blah-blah BS trying to convince all of us (and herself) that none of this cluster-k is her fault. She is quite obviously deluded. How can she even hold her head up in a meeting with Wirth? I'm embarrassed for her. What an absolute id–t. And yes, the rest of us will all eventually pay the price for her incompetence. I feel bad for everyone.
This is uncharted territory for legacy APC as well. Believe me, we didn’t ask for this. We were happy and content being Anadarko (the old Anadarko) before people with power made the decision to sell us. Oxy blames Anadarko for the situation we are all in but from the other side of it we didn’t have these issues until Oxy took over. So who is to blame? No one on the field level. We are all in the same boat hanging on for our lives while sources and forces we have no control over decide our lives for us. I encourage us all to band together the best we can and pray that we can survive this. If anyone has some legit suggestions now is the time to speak up. If enough us get behind it then just maybe we can make something happen. Until then be safe fellow OFT

Very confused by her emails. They always seem vaguely threatening. Does she think they are helpful?

She is on the Trump advisor committee to re open this Country. I just hope he does listen to her poor advice. Otherwise it will be like “lets buy Mexico”, “75% of the deal is in their fajitas” 😂

I don't know why Chazen agreed to come back. Then again, Chazen had intellectual genii such as Vangolen, PJB, Ken Dillon and Backus on his staff, so shrug
That is how much we owe Buffet for the rest of the year. Cut jobs to pay the man. It is only a matter of time before the cuts or furloughs come. Myself, I would prefer to just be laid off and wait this virus out. I am sick if this company and the fact they let the CEO stay around after failing so bad. For all my co-workers I hope the best for Oxy and you, but I am just so tired of hearing about their great acquisition of Anadarko. If I never hear Anadarko, COC, Oxy, Vicky Hollub I will be happy.
