I have heard conflicting reports. What are salaried employees being given?

Sounds like a pretty good package to me.
That's not true in DS. Minimum of 4 weeks pay. Plus 2 weeks pay in lieu of notice. I've seen the documentation, as I signed mine.
Its terrible, 5 years ago when first starting asking for volunteers to leave was a good package now it's the absolute min.
I seen the letters going out and its embarrassing how terrible they treat you after years of service.
It at best will last you a few months.
Its ment to reflect the likelihood of finding other work after the redundancy which at the moment your likely to be out of work min 6 months most possible 12 or for good.
They cover you for a few months.

I heard in DS it’s two weeks pay and one week of pay for every year of employment. Pretty bad
