The Governor of New York is going to highlight what a bad job Altice is doing protecting its workers. It is now three days since his executive order on masks and workers in OSP, Construction, and Fiber still have no PPE. No masks, no gloves, no hand sanitizer, no cleaning solutions for tools and trucks. Altice says they can't find that stuff, but truthfully you can get it anywhere they just don't want to pay for it. The Governor is going to give them a list of places they can buy the stuff on National TV. Hopefully this shames them into doing the right thing!

Those departments mostly work alone with almost no customer contact, techs are in houses at least 8 a day
the question should be asked who bought the ppe from my understanding certain employees have been buying it and trying to share it with depots. im pointing this question to the people who stated they had decent supply of ppe
I work OSP !! Not management at all total opposite !!!! We just got masks this week , Clorox wipes and a box of gloves last week .. I guess it comes down to your Manger ?? Idk but in NYC we have ..
They have no mask for OSP, Construction, and Fiber yet, only Field service has them. It is the law in New York. All of you defending this company are either Management or Management s— ups

They are not mandatory. If a tech decides not to wear them then it’s on the tech. But the company is giving them out.
A whole box of masks? Then why am I watching a service tech go in and out of someone’s house wearing zero ppe? He’s been at this job for over two hours now. And before you go bashing....yes I am working and not just sitting around.
Each morning we get gloves. They gave us a whole box of masks. Hand sanitizer and a box of sanitizing wipes. We have received this for the last two weeks now.
