Why is it that almost everybody who posts here is hell bent on creating disruption and chaos?
Does creating strife for others give unempowered people some sense of control in their life, when they have none?
If we collectively put our energy into positive thoughts and actions, things would be a lot less douchey.

Techs troll this site instead of installing Frontier service. I did a ride a long 7 years ago and tech told me they do everything possible not to work.
If what you see on this board is "people that make jokes are lifting spirits for those of us with a sense of humor", then you have a pretty twisted sense of humor.
A lot of what I see is people trying to hurt other people who are already hurting.
Hurting for a variety of reasons, one such reason is that Ftr exec mgmt has run this company into the ground, and have purposefully suppressed and ignored many internal voices from lower org levels who have been attempting to fix things that remain unfixed.
Trolling on this site is simply exposing the sad reality. Telling people to cancel their union membership dues is simply suggesting a wise planning initiative to an individual. People that make jokes are lifting spirits for those of us with a sense of humor. The bottom line is if you are offended as an existing employee, you failed to read the writing on the wall and cant accept the fact that this company has been trending to bankruptcy for years. Grow up and move out, theres other telecoms out there and anyone, and I do mean anyone, can do better than Frontier. This company is terrible and holding some actual skilled people from their potential, for others it is overpaying them to have a pulse and show up everyday.
@Mike, do you realize Frontier purchased CTF during a time when CORD CUTTING was peaking? Many of you are confusing negativity with reality. You can’t fathom the facts, unfortunately for yourself you will never understand it. For many who are vested in the Pension, it’s a unfortunate situation but yes we are still employed and bringing home checks. That is definitely a positive.

I hate trolls. Frontier declared bankruptcy and we still have our jobs. Big nothingburger. All the trolls said we would lose our jobs. I heard Tampa is hiring like 100 new jobs too.

I agree with this post. I’m so sick of the negative techs that post nothing but anti-Frontier garbage on this site. It sickens me and upsets my employees. We will make Frontier a dominant force in the market once we reorganize. The future is bright!
