Great job, EY for taking the lead on deciding no workforce reduction. Deloitte and others, let’s do what’s right and humane. People can very well do WITHOUT BONUSES AND RAISES

Deloitte Tax told employees that there would at least a 5% headcount reduction. They for some reason are giving raises with promotions and are still giving bonuses. And are still set to hire all campus recruits this year. So Deloitte Tax with all the talk about taking care of their people, caring about the community and the wellness of their people — chose profit margins instead of caring about people. With 22 billion in profits last Year they could have been a company to be admired — but instead they are just like the rest. Greedy. I hope the Patners enjoy their profits this year as they destroy lives sending people into this economy and job market.
be a realist here...you know Deloitte's business model...to fly consultants around, put them in fancy hotels with fancy dinners, have them show up and charge $800/hr for a lot of hot wind...dont you think that the Covid19 pandemic is going to attack that business model ? With many of the companies now distressed and cutting back, I'd be really surprised to see these expensive projects continue on. If you don't think Deloitte is affected, you are delusional.
Many more on the way i fear....
Hearing deloitte cut many interns now...
Deloitte let a lot of people go today (4/14). Sad day for many. Wish them all well.
