2020 Layoffs in the age of Coronavirus and OPEC Disaster

Announced today. Layoffs are coming in May. Exact headcount unknown, mix of furloughs, voluntary layoffs, voluntary retirements and forced layoffs. Pay cuts for remaining employees, no expected bonuses to be paid in 2021 for 2020 activity. SMT taking less pay cut than many other SMT's at similar O&G Companies.

Bart is greedy and selfish. The entire SMT is selfish and greedy. They can’t afford a bigger pay cut because they apparently live paycheck to paycheck.

A close friend just found out they're part of this. This entire situation stinks from the "merger" with and now this. The only employees left at PDCE will be a group of leaders and employees that knew how to come together and protect themselves. A lot of talent was cast into the ocean and the quality of life for those left is going to plummet. Those folks must be the A team of oil and gas if they survive. I doubt it because the entire deal was so high level a tiny group out of the 500 that PDCE used to have decided who left and who stayed. Typical.
