Management has to be ruthless to save the company. Look at the loss in Aberdeen. Time to slash headcount, slash salaries and benefits, time to insist on personal pensions for employees. Move staffinto portacabins and get rid of expensive office rent. Wake up ffs. We need someone with leadership
