Why is there no news about layoffs in Singapore? Are they not cutting jobs?

HCTs orderbook hasn’t been impacted hardly by the recent events. Some will occur, but most likely they will be minimal at best.

They’re coming. Layoffs always occur in a certain order - field camps and operations get hit first, then manufacturing gets hit next, and then last the folks back in the office get hit. As Singapore is mostly manufacturing and office personnel their layoffs are still to come, probably this week before Halliburton announces their 1st quarter earnings numbers next Monday 4/20.
