I wonder if CBRE has lost their contract with Baker Hughes yet? The Emmott Rd facility manager has done a horrible job.

It was obvious from the start that they would not last, the lady who served as the facility manager spent all her time gossiping with the nosy and arrogant receptionist in the lobby.
Super trash here also. Not fixing big issues, calling them "cost cutting". Sounds like they learned from their customer
They are gone from our facility and yes they were horrible. If it wasn’t a really really simple job they wouldn’t do it and would contract it out. If there was a possibility they they would have to get dirty they would call in a contractor.
We are also finding out that they haven’t been paying for anything. Not one contractor has been paid by them.
