No one has been laid off in Oklahoma City. About 10 casuals are not being called in, but technically that is not laying them off. Casual means to occur by chance and they are not guaranteed work even if they do have a set schedule. YOU CAN'T LAYOFF A CASUAL ....

As of Friday April 10th, 11 road drivers were laid off.
Meanwhile back in OK City casuals who are not "technically on layoff" draw unemployment from the state in addition to the weekly $600 Care Act money.
I agree that casuals cannot be laid off. The title says no dock layoffs which is correct but i hear they did layoff about 8 or 10 line haul drivers in addition to having discharged a couple of dock managers.
