Gist of the email... no more hiring & no more raises for the foreseeable future...
I better not see one more stinking cent or one more transfer of stocks to the already grossly overcompensated BOD or Executives for running the company in the ground! They didn’t deserve any of their retention bonuses nor their productivity/leadership bonuses.
But I’m quite sure the little guy will continue to take a screwing while the fat cats keep getting richer!
I just got laid off and I'm in the proposals group, who helps bring in new business for the company. Why don't they cut some many management positions instead of people like me who actually offer value to the company?
Employees received severance packages instead of merit increases while the CEO and other higher-ups still get their bonuses....not fair at all!!
Garbage company, pampered execs scrambling to save their cash cow while the boots on the ground can't even get a COL raise. What a joke!

You can bet your a– the fat cats will still get their bonus's in the millions. I agree we need the hiring freeze especially since we have several terminations weekly. This whole thing is so disgusting.
