Techs were given new protocol for assistance. They have been asked to reach out to senior techs . All techs were sent guidelines to follow after receiving notification to no longer contact Stac.
Only 4 supervisors to take all your calls. Get ready for long hold times. Or did the Tm’s tell the techs not to call. The managers at stac do not care.
I was stuck on a gas stove call today and called STAC and the tech on the phone provided essential information which I was able to use towards the completion of the repair of the range. Five star service all the way.
@3sgl+14opHI99 straighten it out? people don't straighten out things they helped put in place. they probably wern't the ones that did it directly, but there wasn't a single supervisor at stac that looked even remotely surprised. in fact, the chubby one that never does anything seem to almost take pleasure on the whole ordeal.
besides, the company outside of stac itself, has been trying to shutter the operation for years. this was a good time to follow through with it. this is what happens when retail people are put in charge of a service business.
The managers Jenny and Amanda will get this straighten out. As most of us STAC techs know they are doing the best they can to ensure we are well protected and have the tools and cutting edge technology to serve the tech work force that is out there taking care of our valuable members. Call us for tech support and see for yourself how good we are.

STAC is for the service techs to call into for help with diagnosing problems or getting parts information.It really has nothing to do with the retail side.But it sits on a very valuable piece of land in Texas.

Yes totally fake. Stac isn't going anywhere. There hiring more techs to help out with the overwhelming call volume.
