Getting nervous too. Many of our clients aren’t hiring or have taken back the positions we normally work on. There seems to be little communication from RPO leadership as to what the plan is. This makes me concerned that cuts will be swift and deep.
Concerned myself. Trying to stay positive that is all we can do.
Yes, do what you can to be of value now, but of value to yourself not to ADP.
What is an RPO staffer?
Layoffs will happen in nearly all business units to some degree remember as stock focused as ADP or any company is (as they should be) short term pain is made worse by long term poor decisions. So don’t expect a halting of a BU for a short term problem.
There WILL be layoffs, I will be amazed if none happen. Do what you can to be of value now, today, let tomorrow and the decisions out of your control happen as they will regardless of your worry.

I’m with RPO too. It’s not looking to great right now. Doesn’t feel like there is a enough work to go around. Getting nervous for sure.
This question comes up from time to time and no one ever replies, RPO whatever that is means must not be represented except from the Poster on this site.
I’m thinking Chinese food for dinner would be nice as long as they don’t use MSG.
It’s my understanding that many of the clients are not hiring. What will they do with the RPO staff ?
