The looters might try to get in. They like to take the things and not pay for them. This happens more when the stores are shut closed. They know no body is there and break the windows to get the things.

sears doesn't have anything worth looting, unless someone is gonna put stuff back in the stores
If they go to the shoe department they can loot the boots. If they go to lawn and garden they can loot the roots.

Why would you loot Sears when SYW lets you the same thing legally?
Looting only really occurs where stores have something useful or something people want. Sears doesn't fall into that category.
