What’s it like out there, guys? Thoughts on the next 3 months? I’m trying to decide between waiting it out or getting my house sold before the markets floods due to unemployment.

Look at the zillow price as starting point. Do 30 day listing higher if yo don’t really want to sell or 5 pct lower if you do. The traffic showings will be best litmus test.

When everyone already thinks the market is "going to be flooded" it's probably too late to sell for a meaningfully higher price that the trough price. Personal opinion of course.
