Nepotism and favoritism destroyed this company’s culture long time ago. Too many people are hanging around and not performing continues to k–l the company. Many of the Directors and VP's do not know really how to manage and have terrible leadership and management abilities otherwise they would have stepped up and took care of dead weight years ago. These ppl do not let their managers manage their ppl and if they did some of the ones RIF would have been managed out of the company which would have allowed good ppl who work hard to stay like myself. Upper management should take the blame for the performance of the company prior to the furloughs and the COVID. As an industry gaming is a complete lose right now. SG should consider cleaning house with his CSUITE Team and look in that closet

We have more besides these that should go - many more if they each take off a VP in each division you will see millions in savings right away...considering how much each make, their holdings and bonuses. if SG was smart they would save themselves.
