Recent Terminations on Hold Until ?? Pandemic is over

Managers, Ast. and Co. mgrs., where told that they could work an additional 60 days instead of being terminated. When the pandemic is over and life goes back to normal they would loose their jobs. The Co. Mgrs. will receive their severance pay but the assistant manager will just be terminated. Go back in the later posts "500 assistant managers being terminated" and this will show all the dealings with managers back in February. It is just sickening to here the latest news on Attendance policy / Leave of absence that is not being protected.

Managers and associates are being threatened if they don't come to work. Being threatened if they go to the media. Can't believe I've supported this company for 20+ years.

True colors are starting to show.

And this kind of treatment comes from the very top. No question, the Walton family know of this business policy because it puts money in their pockets.

This is so sad! I wouldn't stay. Forget it! Our managers work too hard to be treated this way.
