H1B, L1 etc ... how does this affect you? Is there a chance to get another employer?

L1 is attached to the company. Since they sponsored the employee and possible family. You don’t work for that company, your visa becomes null and void. 30 days to leave the USA.
Not sure about L1. H1bs have a 60 day window after termination to stay in the country to search for another job.
After the 60 day period, we have to leave. In this climate, its going to be next to impossible to find another job in 60 days.
