First walmart managers are telling associates if they go to media or tell people outside of walmart about associates been positive with the virus they will be fired, they are getting threaten.. second, managers are telling associates if they are calling in due to the virus or just scare to coming because of the virus, that when all this is over they are going to be fire those who have called in.
Last Walmart posted a new attendance policy that occurences would be remove due to COVD19 and emergency school closures again small print "manager discretion" so if the manager does not like you , bad mood, or mad and etc you are screwed! WALMART IS NOT ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE ITS ABOUT THE DOLLAR!! THE SAD PART ASSOCIATES ARE AFRAID TO COME FORWARD DUE TO BEEN TOLD THEY WOULD BE FIRED!!! I HOPE ONE DAY WALMART WILL BE EXPOSED TO HOW THEY REALLY TREAT THEIR ASSOCIATES! THIS YEAR associates WERE INFORMED THEY WOULD BE LOSING POSITIONS! Walmart will wait for all this to go away then they will do their layoffs..how ironic use them up then fire them!!
