Customers are so tired of this company that when we lose network stations they don’t even call to complain anymore. File for bankruptcy already and spare us.

I worked for GTE-VERIZON the first 35 years of my career. Then finished up the last 3 with this loser company not by choice. Just retired and was able to skin out just in time with my lump sum. It was embarassing to work for Frontier, If a customer saw you in your uniform they would take out their frustration on you because they could not get a hold of anyone or help or were lied to when they called repair. Good luck to the rest of you. Only so many lifeboats left.
Just tell them you got your Frontier shirt at a corporate golf outing..just make sure you don’t have your badge on!
Oh yeah, we didn't want to appear in town with our Frontier shirts on because we regularly got yelled at by everyone when they are at the gas pumps or picking up a coffee (cause they couldn't get through to the service bureau or when they did they got lied to; cause bureau is probably in the Philippines
I had a customer yell at me because MLB network was removed. I told there ain’t even games being played. He just said I was ignorant and hung up on me. Smh
