There was a message in here last week inquiring if “tomorrow was day” for layoffs. The message is not here now.

I was terminated due to “restructuring “ after 31 years without any warning. All of a sudden my computer was shut down and a little while later received a phone call
I have been with Canon solutions for about 17 years. I was furloughed by in middle of April. I have seen techs with almost 30 years be laid-off. I thought I was safe because I work on alot of high end equipment. I dont know what upper management is using to laid-off techs. My stats were great i did everything they ask me to. Its very sad.. and hoping to still get recalled.
Yes... furlough to laid off has happened. And they are not done. Nobody is safe. Even those that are still working.

It started 5/29/20 and will continue at least through 6/2/20. Across the US. Employees that are are nervous about losing their jobs.
