ADP Ramping up Layoffs

I just heard from a VP that they are looking to ramp up more layoffs. Talk about horrible management! In a worldwide crisis and they are still doing this? They need to layoff the corrupt executive team!

Definitely more layoffs are coming.

As for outside consumption for the press, it is "restructuring", or "getting rid of layers of fat", or of "employees who are inflexible, set in their ways" or are "unproductive". It can be spun so carelessly yet so effectively to make it seem that ADP is a mastermind of efficiency and positive change.

But in reality, it's just destroying the knowledge base by getting rid of experienced employees who ADP thinks are earning too much money. A good way to disastrously destroy the company.

The press can applaud and cheer the "innovations", but reality will catch up.

More layoffs are eminent. Self-denial wont change that.

Calander is moving, end of month is bad news for some.

For the rest, you bought some time, fiscal year end does not mean you survived.

Prepare.

Yes, very discouraging. ADP is not the place to be anymore.

Perhaps that should be this company's new slogan -"ADP is not the place to be". It does sound kind of good. It certainly is accurate.

An environment such as we’re in provides them ‘golden cover’ to something they have been planning all along.
