Based upon the video it appeared that the employees were not practicing social distancing, in a group outside the entrance. I’d say in a cooler loading trucks or at the filler they could work at a safe distance from each other. Not sure what the person taking the video wants the company to do, other than shut down and not process the farmers’ milk and keep the shelves stocked.
We are working as if no covid 19 exist. same as any other days
The plants are following the CDC's and FDA"s guidance related to COVID-19.
Are people in plants, and drivers, not given sufficient protection against Covid? Is that the issue?
I was able to watch the video once before it was taken down, it appeared to me that it was a plea to consider the dairy a nonessential service during this pandemic. That seems to be contrary to the other posts here with people wanting more money for the work they are doing at Dean Foods.
Amen
Well said I agree 100percent you should be worrying about standing up like men and and fighting for your pensions health care not letting DFA Bend you over f— you in the A–.
I am the individual who uploaded it. It has been removed. The point was articulated during the video. Also, I am very embarrassed to find that these are the private thoughts of the workforce I have been with for the past fifteen years. A truly intelligent person does not worry about petty nonsense like correcting other people's grammar during times like these. And a real man shows his face. If the dairy business is going to have a future the people involved in it must stop pointing fingers to aggrandize themselves. You all sound very silly.
What’s the point of this?
