Especially the ones who have been failing miserably and steering this ship the wrong way for the last 10-20 years. Will Bernie finally clean these dinosaurs out? None of them should be allowed to stay during the pending reorganization. They are part of the problem, not the solution.

They need to hug their leads! When you find someone willing to do your work for you and snitch on the reps you have to keep them close and on a leash.
Let me guess. Management wants to have a Hug-a-Lead day? Leads in my center are almost as lazy as the techs in the field.
Of course you can blame “leadership” and “management”. Just read the current statements from them...they blame themselves!
You can blame “leadership” and “management” all you want. The union is the main culprit for Frontier’s slow and agonizing demise. Why do you thing Verizon wanted to get rid of all those area’s in the first place?? It wasn’t because they couldn’t make money off of good products and services or because they can’t maintain or deploy infrastructure. They wanted rid of those blasted Cadillac labor contracts that make it so incredibly hard to turn a profit.
I’ve lost so many sales because of techs not showing up for appointments. They have destroyed this company
Folks, leadership is not the problem. We are all in this together. The VP’s, Directors, coaches, and leads are all here working 24/7 to save this company. All we ask is a little gratitude and respect. I have meetings with leads everyday. I can’t tell you the amount of hours they are putting in right now trying to turn things around. Do me a favor. Next time you see your lead, just tell them thank you. We got this!
The customers are promised those speeds they can never get because the VPs do nothing to fix these systems!!! They are beyond incompetent. All they care about is their bonus checks!
Yup, that's it. The customers are leaving us because of all those techs sleeping in their vans. They might have fell asleep talking to assignment on all those orders where customers were promised speeds they'll never get.lol

Techs sleeping in their vans are the ones to blame for the destruction of this company. The union allowed it to happen.

Mike, if your company is struggling nation wide it's not the technicians. We did just fine before frontier. Its management that responsible for processes and procedures. Also its managements responsibility to replace copper wire that's ruined, it doesnt last forever. That's why real companies are going away from it. Or do you think frontier is the one company to figure out how to make copper wire last 100 years.lol
Cowardly trashing our leadership won’t solve any of our problems. As a new coach, I stress positive reinforcement to my team and our productivity has increased under my watch. The negative employees that comment on this site should look for other jobs. You are the problem, not our VP’s. Hard work and positivity will turn this company around. The negative and lazy techs need to be replaced with contractors as well. This is the future for Frontier.
How about the worthless ccms and supervisors? Are you really getting paid that much money to babysit? Watch us at home while you’re at home? Who’s watching you?
