So since Inslee has pushed the stay at home to May 4th, if we choose to take PTO can we file for unemployment benefits if we have kids out of school still? I have heard the kids will be out the rest of the school year. Thanks in advance for any answers.

Yeah ya greedy person! PTO means you get paid! Why would you get unemployment on top of that?
Your eligibility for unemployment benefits has nothing to do with whether you have kids or their ages, unfortunately. If you are still employed at Boeing, which I'm assuming you are if you are suggesting taking PTO, then you are not eligible for state unemployment benefits. You are Boeing's problem, so to speak. Unemployment benefits are for workers who are unemployed.
