Check out the Oxy COC that HR just sent out via the Q&A document. Effective February 2020. They basically cut and pasted most of the sentences from the APC COC. Looks to be not too shabby. Too bad it probably won't matter.
Oxy Grade 26 > gets 24 months as the base + other items; below 26 gets one-month pay per years of service + 1 month (min 4 months max 22 months). How does the pay grade break down within the company?
Loxy, When we sell, the new company will lower your salary by 4.9% and then update the good reason document that 4.9% is not a "material diminution". You will see how it feels.
