Hmmm ... I wonder if the freeze on promotions, raises and stock awards applies to the Group leadership changes that were announced last month???

They will be promotions in the next 12-18 months with bonuses that make up for lost pay from the previous year.
No. It's to my understanding those will still be in effect. They'll be labeled as "title changes" not "promotions".
