Wagers on the type of payout and "benefit" package to be announced in the coming weeks? What is the standard IAM package? 1 week per year of service like the SPEEA deal?

Sounds like the benefits package is being worked out and itll replace the SPEEA deal. The Seattle times said the employees that qualify will get severance pay and extended medical benefits. The amount probably depends on seniority, but it seems like its a better deal than the one week of pay for 1 year of service. Im guessing medical will be extended 6 months
