Can someone confirm the VSP formula for me please if you are LAPC but leaving in 2020 after the bonus was paid?
What salary (plus bonus?) do you add together to get total base pay?
God bless you. I cannot figure this out and I’m so stressed. I’ve heard HR isn’t responding to requests for a recalc after the paycut. If you know that not to be true let me know and I’ll try reaching out. I’m not sure who to even email???????
I remember the 2020 bonus was going to be prorated at 100% target.

Short answer, according to CoC document, the 4.9% should NOT affect lump sum calculations.

HR has refused to even acknowledge me asking this question via email but reading it is pretty clear:
Page 10 of CoC: “Annual Compensation – The sum of your Required Base Salary and Annual Bonus.”
Page 13 of CoC: “ Required Base Salary – The higher of (1) your Base Salary in effect immediately prior to a Change of Control and (2) your highest Base Salary in effect any time thereafter.”
Annual bonus only refers to AIP NOT LTI
Annual Compensation is used in all calculations.
