So now techs and store employees get premium pay. And what do call center reps get nothing?! Everyday is a risk . Leaving our homes to take calls . High que . Hold time at almost 5 hours

Outside plant is out in the field all day. We have people coming up to us and are not respecting the 6 feet rule. We are also putting ourselves at risk by coming to work everyday. How can you give the premium pay to some and not others. This is getting ridiculous.
Yeah thats a bunch of bs. Osp, fiber, construction gets people coming up to them out in the field all the time asking questions, knocking on our windows, etc when we are working, fixing outages and system problems etc. Thats totally unfair. Management is out of touch.
And yeah lets give the sups premium pay for sitting in the office and drinking coffee

"ungrateful" How is asking for more, to better your situation bad? I still don't understand your attitude or undying allegiance, you have for this company. It's strange and makes me feel weird knowing that you're a person that's so content with getting very little in life. Why stand so against us and be so proud to be week and not want to fight for more?
My apologies, I actually take that back. With the amount of money these companies make off the backs of all of us, everyone should get this pay increase. Stores,Isp,osp,sups,field, and call centers located in the United States. Nobody should be left out.
Again how does A company only give it to a certain group . All hourly employees should be getting this I’m sorry . Give supvs and management some sort of comp time off . This is a crime .
I'd much rather field calls in an office before going in and out of 40 homes in a week. Field techs and store workers definitely deserve the pay increase. I mean you can't seriously believe that you should get 20% like the front line workers

Stay the f home then....NO ONE PERSON WILL BE HAPPY. Call center does NOT change equipment for subs...they are NOT touching equipment in a subs house....keep your hands clean do NOT touch your mouth nose or eyes and you should be ok. So what this all comes down to is money? Its not ok or safe to work in these conditions but 20% more makes it better? PEOPLE HAVE NO JOBS RIGHT NOW. Either come to work and be careful or STAY THE F HOME.
