As usual aviation gets short end again. Corporate last month got fantastic bonuses PB - 14% LPB - 21% and SPB - 28%. Aviation pays bonuses only to SPB's. When aviation carried the company got no rewards except for upper management while corporate got great bonuses. this year and last. This shows were LC's focus is and always has been. Aviation VRIP is a joke. Know that rest of company does not need to suffer just aviation. If they do layoff a few they will get great packages versus aviation.

There are no 28% bonuses in GE. That’s fake news. Power payout was roughly 15% of base for SPB. I think LPB is 10%. Payed just today, in fact.

You want to look at useless LPB and SBP folks....look no further then Salem. 15 or so that can be let go and move that work to talented folks in India and Greenville.
SPB ....28% Bonus, while my team just cut all contractors who were doing solid work......
Most SPBs are washouts who contribute nothing of value. Lets give them a ridiculously high salary and top it off with a 28% bonus....
