Furloughs are coming while executive management is at a client go live in MD. Are they now billable employees?!?!? I think not. Allscripts can’t float anyone anymore.

Yes executives bonus payout date is 4/10. Check Black’s email sent out today.
Can anyone confirm if execs do get bonuses for RIF/cuts?
Khoury is having a happy passover. No doubt. Big bonus on the way for today's bloodbath.
Cannot agree more. Lisa KhouryIs clueless and need to be removed now!
Allscripts was ok until Lisa Khoury showed up. Poor business and product decisions yet she’s still there. Wonder what she has on someone at Allscripts? She needs to go!
@7fdb+14g1zC58: unprofessional? You should consider yourself lucky that someone at that level actually gave us a heads-up!
Names can be whatever you want on here
How INAPPROPRIATE that this Allscripts EXEC posted this HERE, on an external website to Allscripts, before it was announced within the company - COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, but do we expect anything less at this point? Pay attention to the person that posted this - OUTRAGEOUS!!
Severance packages with COBRA, no furloughs, associates are being notified today and it's roughly between 300-500+- layoffs globally across many business units. If you make it through today without a phone call or a random meeting invite with little detail, then you're fine until the potential next round.

Every BU
@7kgm+14g1zC58 - very comforting. Can you provide possible breakdown on % management vs % worker bees?
Mind sharing business unit? What was the severance, the typical 1 week per year of employment? Sorry to hear you were among those let go, now is obviously not the best time.
My position was eliminated this morning along with a coworker. Severance and cobra. Thanks for nothing........

Was there a package? or just let go?
Professional services and tw have already had rifs last week.
Unknown if there will be more.
All contractors let go.
Hiring freeze in place.
When you say Professional Services, is it just SCM side or TW and Pro too?
If our customers are monitoring this page, they should also be discussing their options with attorneys. Particularly when it comes to mission-critical applications supporting hospitals. The last thing anyone needs right now is for application support to disappear or leave critical patients hanging.
And yet we all know that this will definitely happen.
@2loj+14g1zC58: If the company was that honest to start with, there would be no need for this website. We are workers and disposable. Executives might leave from time to time but are rarely laid off. They are a protected class.
By the way, your current and potential customers know about this site also. We monitor on a consistent basis. Honesty is always the best policy at the end of the day!
The company should be upfront and honest with the employees as to this situation. They know this site exists; they know employees are monitoring the info that is out here. Ignoring the truth is as good as lying to employees. It leads to speculation, distrust of management and lack of respect.
If management had any gumption, they would admit the truth, provide a reasonable explanation and provide some indication of what can be expected over the next few weeks and months. Admitting mistakes have been made and sharing plans for getting the company back on track could go a long way in building trust with the employees. As it is right now, there is no trust and there is no respect. Anyone that thinks differently is fooling themselves.
So Allscripts has thousands of employees and inumerable departments. No matter how much I "pay attention", I may not be privvy to 'mandatory PTO' requirements nor would I necessarily know which departments are getting furloughed. As a previous poster suggested, this is anonymous so not sure why all the cloak-and-dagger and not sure the insult about "paying attention" is warranted. What's the problem in answering a direct question with a direct answer?
Meanwhile, I know that Sunrise Professional Services was hit last week. I don't know other areas or how many.
What is the mandatory PTO piece of this?
If you have to ask what departments are furloughing and having mandatory PTO, you’re not paying attention. No one is safe.
It was a God sent when alljokes let me go from the Boston office 2 years ago. Had I still been there my health would be worse then it is. I worked there for 16 years, and the last 6 were hell. The lies, and poor management was toxic. I can’t imagine what it’s like now.
Impact has already started in LK division last week and more will occur by Wednesday next week. Majority are US associates with some small groups overseas. I know this because I already had to choose people to layoff and I feel terrible, but have no other choice.
Remember what your company did during a pandemic for it's employees....ask at your next interview how they handled the situation and do your research. It's a culture that will never change. Allscripts repeatedly bought back it's stock and made awful purchases (i.e. Practice Fusion, McKesson, etc.) that resulted in the loss of millions. In the end, anyone left is playing the violin while the ship continues to sink.
Any inside information for R&D?
Tuesday, yesterday afternoon.
Professional Services (PS). Will impact SCM (Sunrise Clinical Manager) and associated products. Ray Bonnett held call Thursday afternoon confirming this will start next Wednesday for those impacted.
Furloughs for who?
Considering the anonymity of this site it seems unnecessary to be so vague.
Those might be the special consultants reviewing the go live processes for our application suites. God help us.
