The leaders that are questioning the WFH effectiveness are the same leaders with the same old tired bad ideas and (lack of) management skills that are sinking Resi lower and lower.
Good point.... they won’t change that. It would cost something and if reversed would make people happier...can’t have that.
Instead we have “leaders” asking questions like ... “how do I know they aren’t acting like they are on vacation while they are in quarantine””how do we know they are working?” Yes. That was really said by high level id–ts.
Is that even legal since it’s a government mandated lockdown?
