Little lifefrog, I agree if they cut field guys pay, they will leave like Johnny. I was surprised that president production was cut, who knew? (Wink wink)
The only people who are going to get their pay cut are the field guys. With the same old tried and trusted excuse that the client has monetary issues due to the new dynamic and a tighter budget to work with etc. The field guys get shafted once again as nobody else makes any sacrifices whatsoever, once you’ve been around a few years you’ll begin to see how it works at Weatherford. No matter what the scenario is, it’s the same underpaid overworked frontline “soldiers” who get to shoulder the burden once again.
If you try and cut thier pay they will just go to baker hughes
The bad part is they will get get a bonus
Only the USA Region has taken 20% cut. Not fair.
Now with president production gone hopefully his minions be next especially ones he moved up in safety. buncha clowns
“Retired” “Cut” “Sacked” where Weatherford management is concerned usually means “Moved” “Promoted” “Recycled” where they can carry on as usual milking the cash cow and reaping the damage they cause wherever they go.
Also heard the President of North America “retired “ today as well. Deeper cuts in the C Suite need to be made as well.

There are several VP's that just need to be cut, period.
Shouldn't they take more to show their value and commitment to WFT?
I don’t know, but if they did, I’m sure they would advertise, look what I can do for my company, what can you do? So if no memo, no VP pay cut.
