The average sales manager makes $29,000 per year or about $13 per hour . She is not taking a salary during the COVID19 crisis, but she still has millions of dollars of stocks she is paid. Greed in its finest form.

I am sure that you would like the same pay but certainly not the duties of the position. She is not just out of high school working a start up job.....
Not surprised, I was terminated from kohls after work there for 20 years, found out after the faCT cause I was considered a whistle blower on district issues, called corporate way too much, ,that I was placed in a dept, juniors, was in shoes and luggage for 19 years, never got any training in juniors, I was set up, the store manager, greg,,m, and Daniele s. Wrote me up for the stupidist,sh–, and obviously the district,manager, Gary Wingert, wanted me gone. Never thought that would happen, I hate kohl's, thank God I got all my retirement money,right after I left and put it in an annuity, that man that was my manager, greg, could not even tell me what was going to happen with that, duh, that was over 2 years ago, good luck with everything, I would have been eliglble for the retirement, but got screwed out of every thing, please, don't work for them
Come back to work or we "kohl's " cant promise to hold your position. Not considering any employee, like me, with underlying health conditions with a low immune system. Thanks kohls I pray I dont get sick but let me go back to work curbside pickup so I still have my position
I have no problem with Glass. Mine is the fact the Co. Furloughed all employees to help slow the virus but are still offering curbside pickup. If customers can pick up their order, they are not going to stay home and someone is also at the store filling the orders????? I don't get it!!!

How is that greed? She got herself an education, worked hard, and earned her way to the top. Why shouldn't she get paid what she does. That's not called greed, that's call work.
