Are they the Apache standard week for each year of service including Unused vacation?

What is the current severance package looking like? I've heard MUCH less now
They prorate your unused vacation based on the year. You may be allowed to take all of your vacation at the beginning of the year, but it isn't officially earned. Therefore, if you leave on January 31, and you didn't take any days off in 2020, you only get paid 1/12 of your allotted vacation time, and zero of your rollover. That is on a voluntary quit. Severance is different.
This hr team has been absent and know nothing about restructure and lay-offs.
I didn’t leave under a lay-off situation, but my last paycheck was considerably less. The hr guy is not responding to my emails about seeing the final paystub. The week I took off around New Years was roll over vacation and I think they took it from 2020 accrued vacation time. Pisses me off hr does not respond. Didn’t know how to get that set in stone during the final interview. Good luck if it comes to having to talk to hr.
Isn't it usually 2 weeks per year of service?
Unused vacation is added to your last paycheck. There was no info given to me with my severance as to how it was calculated. I was just happy to leave.
