If they want to really save some money they need to stop all the wasted overtime lol gotta love them operators that spend 12 hours a day 7 days a week in the shop and do absolutely nothing.

I will follow my courageous leadership and do the same, I will “pledge” to reduce my salary by 25% on April Fool’s Day!!! A pledge just means you intend to do it. It could be spread out over the next 20 years! In the end, they could be giving up a dollar a day. This is just stupid!!
I'm giving up 100% of my salary April 10. Not voluntarily though.
