The Direct Sales Reps were informed today that even though they were unable to finish the last 7 days of the Month...budget was met so the company will not be doing anything extra to help Reps out. Budget being met is a company wide, team effort! From Management, customer service, direct sales reps & THE Techs! For the Reps that didn’t do well, well you are screwed. The salary alone, as you know, is not c-ap which is why they are in sales in the first place. The Techs being responsible to provide masks for themselves is a slap! If it’s an “essential” job then give them the ESSENTIALS to be SAFE! In times like these, greed, money, power WINS over SAFETY & costs for safety equipment.
