How come the A-holes end up in the top? Ain't that against the law of science? They even took the power away from HR, Compliance and HSE who are supposed to work for NOV and for the welfare of employees, not wiping off the A-Holes. Them executives are employees after all. No wonder toilet papers are in high demand during the times of crises.
#Sh*T hits the fan.

HR is about protecting HR. Take the dudde at the tower for example, he will do whatever to protect his unknowledgeable, untrainable and incompetent staff even transferring them to another country after messing up. He was put there only because of Rogaine for Men. He is an embarrassment to his predecessors. All he cares about is his lunch BFF (weird). #bringbackpeoples
I remember back in the day when HR seemed to be more employee protective. Today its about protecting corporate profit!
HR never works for employees
They say the cream always rises to the top, it seems to me looking at the ocean for instance - the poisonous c-ap always floats on top.
Dude, there is a new movie on Netflix named "Platform". It's a dubbed version of "El Hoyo". Classic case of corporate culture. There is a dialogue, "you can't sh– upwards"
